Seasonal strategy: making the off-season pay for itself

The off-season is when online pays for itself

If you sell at outdoor markets, you already know the calendar. Busy from spring through fall. Quiet in winter. If your only sales channel is in-person, your income largely disappears from November through March.

Your online store is the answer to that gap. The vendors who get the most out of online are the ones who plan the off-season deliberately, instead of treating it as a slow period to survive.

This is also where the second table model from module 1 stops being a metaphor. Your booth closes for the year. The other table stays open.
