What this section does

Photo gallery with click-to-lightbox modal. Three layouts: featured-first (with grid-auto-flow: dense reflow around a 2x2 featured cell), grid-even (with merchant-tunable aspect ratio), masonry (CSS columns, no JS lib). Optional YouTube/Vimeo video as the first item with auto-pulled thumbnail. Lightbox supports keyboard nav, swipe, focus-trap, and body scroll lock. Designed for "this is us every Saturday at the market" energy — candid, not studio.
