On-brand one-time or Subscribe & Save selector using live selling plans.

What this section does

Product-page block wired into Horizon product details above the buy buttons. It reads live product selling plans and selected-variant allocations, shows a one-time or Subscribe & Save choice, and writes or clears the native selling_plan form value. The subscription app owns billing. This block owns the storefront presentation and stays hidden when the product has no plans.
